TBS-Scrambler Ducati Industry Connect Programme
Design is theory and a personal achievement only until it reaches the audience. Let’s be honest, there is no dearth of courses or curriculum on Automotive Design in India, both on-campus and in the online space. But what sets our programme apart is its endeavour to bridge the widening gap between the Industry and the Academia not only by acting as an interactive interface but also ensuring rigorous implementation from the very get-go.
In TBS, the courses are structured in a way that reflects the rollercoaster ride a product realization has to go through. When most conventional design pedagogy limits itself to just honing skill sets of entrants while overlooking the thought and response process behind it, we at TBS strongly believe in laying emphasis on both aspects equally and explore diverse factors that may influence design and the final outcome.
TBS strives to kindle the dormant spark in the students and helps them deal with real world challenges by preparing them for the unexpected. Intense mentoring clubbed with personalised advice or consultation aid students in not only discovering their talent but also believing in them and broadening outreach..
Our strict selection process is inadvertently linked to time bound deliverables post on-boarding, something that encourages close knit association among students and upholds team vision: the key mantra to their success.

The Scramblers are specially engineered to motor effortlessly from on-road to all degrees of terrain with equal efficiency. Besides redefining the standards of design and innovation, these models seamlessly marry comfort and style and have emerged as leading trendsetters in the world of motorcycles and automobiles.
Programme Details
The students are expected to be able to ideate, research and strategize for Scrambler Ducati and spearhead the brand story in the Indian market. They will be mentored by industry experts who will act as a driving force to the project but we prefer those who are self-starters and can shoulder responsibilities when it comes to understanding, executing and realizing the brand vision. At the end of this programme, the students will earn a certification that can boost their career and help them pave their own ways in the design industry.
The Bridge School Design Programme spans over 12 long weeks.(Weekdays and weekends included).
Students are shortlisted via an intense selection process divided in three rounds. The first round comprises a detailed assessment of portfolio entries, the second round will have a studio test and finally, the final round consists of personal interviews from which we shall finalize our pick.
